FIM (“Future Information Mastery”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the FIM platform — including the FutureX terminal AI, the Dashboard managed-delivery interface, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
Information We Collect
Account Information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and any billing information necessary to process payments.
Usage Data. We collect metadata about your use of the platform — token counts, model and tier choices, timestamps, feature interactions, and billing ledgers. This data carries no prompt text.
Communications. If you contact our support team, we retain the content of your messages and our replies.
Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication and security. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
The Core Guarantee: Prompts Are Private
Your prompts are private. Period. No administrator, operator, or staff member may read them. There is no admin or staff surface anywhere in this platform that displays the text you send to FutureX — whether through the CLI coding agent, the portal AI chat, or the public AI API.
Prompt text is not persisted for staff review. Our systems retain only operational metadata — token counts, model identifiers, timestamps — which power usage limits and billing and carry no prompt text.
Your portal chat history is retained so that you can review your own conversations. It is never surfaced to administrators.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the FIM platform;
- Process transactions and send related notifications;
- Monitor usage to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse;
- Communicate with you about product updates and support;
- Comply with legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:
- Service providers who assist in operating our platform (payment processing, cloud infrastructure) under strict data processing agreements;
- Legal authorities when required by applicable law or to protect our rights.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data — including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage metadata is retained for up to 12 months. Chat history is retained for your access until you delete it. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction or deletion of your data;
- Object to or restrict processing of your data;
- Request data portability;
